THIS AGREEMENT made effective as of the 5th day of December, 2006, by and between Lithium Technology Corporation, a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 5115 Campus Drive, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania (hereafter “LTC” or the “Company”), and Amir Elbaz, with a principal place of business at 375 Park Avenue, New York, New York (hereafter or “Employee”).
