This FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of January 24, 2007 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), is by and between Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, a Delaware corporation (such corporation and any successor as defined in the Base Indenture, the “Company”), and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (such institution and any successor as defined in the Base Indenture, the “Trustee”).
