THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of the 21st day of February, 2007, is by and between AMEDISYS, INC. (“Amedisys” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 5959 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70816, and Dale E. Redman (“Executive”), an individual of the full age of majority and capacity.
