This INDENTURE, dated as of January 1, 2007 (as amended or supplemented from time to time as permitted hereby, this “Indenture”), is between ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, a Delaware statutory trust (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the “Issuing Entity”), and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, a national banking association, as Indenture Trustee (together with its permitted successors in the trusts hereunder, the “Indenture Trustee”).
