This Professional Services Agreement is made and entered into effective as of April 1, 2007 by and between Lockheed Martin Corporation, a Maryland corporation, located at 6801 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 (hereinafter “LMC”) and Michael F. Camardo with a mailing address of 6801 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817 (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”).
