This Patent Cross License and Covenant Not To Sue (hereinafter “Patent Cross License”) is made and entered into as of this 1st day of November, 2006 (hereinafter the “EFFECTIVE DATE”) by and between SIRF Technology, Inc., a Delaware Corporation having its principal place of business at 148 E.
