THIS LEASE (“Lease”), dated as of the 1st day of February, 2007, is by and between Jay E Dinklemann, as Trustee of Chicago Title Land Trust #879-51, an Illinois land trust (“Landlord”) and Cardinal Management LP dba PT’s Centreville, an Illinois Limited Partnership (“Tenant”).

THIS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP PURCHASE AGREEMENT is executed as of February 5, 2007, by and among Lowrie Management LLLP, a Colorado limited liability limited partnership(hereinafter referred to as “Lowrie”) and Illinois Acquisitions Inc., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Illinois”), VCG Holding Corp., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as “VCG”), and Cardinal Management LP.(hereinafter referred to as CMLP), an Illinois limited partnership doing business as “PT’s” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
