THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made as of this 22nd day of March, 2007, by and between THE PROVIDENCE SERVICE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with its corporate headquarters located at 620 N. Craycroft, Tucson, AZ, its successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company”), and MICHAEL N. DEITCH an individual residing at 1718 North Avenida Ricardo Small, Tucson, AZ 85715 (“Employee”).
