The Federative Republic of Brazil (“Brazil”) proposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to issue and sell to the underwriters named in Schedule I hereto (collectively, the “Underwriters”), for whom you are acting as representatives (collectively, the “Representatives”), [•] in aggregate principal amount of its [•]% Global [BRL] Bonds due [•] [(payable in U.S. dollars)] (the “Securities”).
