THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on April 18, 2007 by and between Internet Capital Group Operations, Inc. (the “Company”) and Douglas Alexander (the “Executive”) and shall be effective as of January 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”). Internet Capital Group, Inc. (“ICG”), the parent of the Company, is also a party hereto for the purposes specifically stated herein.
