THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of April 16th, 2007 (this “Agreement”) is entered into among WORLD FUEL SERVICES CORPORATION (“WFS”) WORLD FUEL SERVICES EUROPE, LTD (“WFS Europe”), WORLD FUEL SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE.
