SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE No. 3 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of March 28, 2007, among Wisconsin Tribal Gaming, LLC and Mohegan Ventures Wisconsin, LLC (each a “Subsidiary Guarantor”), subsidiaries of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority (or its permitted successor), (the “Authority”), the Authority, the other Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and U.S. Bank National Association, successor to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
