This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 28, 2007 and effective July 1, 2007, by and between IMMUNOMEDICS, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal office and place of business in Morris Plains, New Jersey (“Immunomedics” or the “Company”) and DR. DAVID M. GOLDENBERG, an individual (“Dr. Goldenberg”).
