THIS AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”), effective as of August 10, 2007, by and between WCI Communities, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Christopher J. Hanlon (the “Executive”), amends that certain Severance and Nonsolicitation Agreement, dated as of January 30, 2007, by and between the Company and the Executive, as heretofore amended (the “Severance Agreement”).
