STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT dated as of August 22, 2007 among The Gap, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Robert J. Fisher (“Fisher” and, together with any revocable family trust through which Fisher beneficially owns common stock of the Company, “Seller”).
