This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mannatech, Incorporated (the “Company”) and Alfredo Bala (the “Employee”), and has an effective date of October 1, 2007, (“Effective Date”). The Company desires to employ the Employee, and the Employee desires to be employed by the Company. Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the Company and the Employee (collectively, the “Parties”) hereby agree as follows:
