This CREDIT AGREEMENT is dated as of November 2, 2007 and is entered into by and among Amgen Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Citicorp USA, Inc. (“CUSA”), Barclays Bank PLC (“Barclays”) and each other financial institution whose name is set forth on the signature pages hereof as a Bank, Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”), as Issuing Bank, CUSA, as Administrative Agent, and Barclays, as Syndication Agent.
