This Resignation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Myriad Genetics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 320 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108 (hereinafter referred to as “Myriad” or the “Company”) and Jay M. Moyes (hereinafter referred to as “Moyes”).
