This TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of September 12, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”) and RadiSys Corporation, an Oregon corporation (the “Buyer”).
