THIS INTERIM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated April 18, 2007, between TVI Corporation, a Maryland corporation located at 7100 Holladay Tyler Road, Suite 300, Glen Dale, Maryland 20769 (“TVI”), and Donald C. Yount, Jr, an individual residing at 1543 Whispering Woods Circle, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18106-9166 (“Executive”).
