THIS 364-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of November 15, 2007, is among Visa International Service Association, a Delaware corporation (“Visa International”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent for the Lenders, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Barclays Bank Plc, and Citicorp USA, Inc., as Co-Syndication Agents, and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Documentation Agent.
