This CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, modified, restated, supplemented and in effect from time to time, herein called this “Agreement”) dated as of December 31, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), among ALLSCRIPTS HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation, ALLSCRIPTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, A4 HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC., a North Carolina corporation, A4 REALTY, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, immediately after the consummation of the ECIN Acquisition (as defined below) EXTENDED CARE INFORMATION NETWORK, INC., a Delaware corporation, the LENDERS party hereto, J.P.
