This Agreement for the Sale of Commercial Time (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 16, 2008 by and between Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (“Mission”), and Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). Nexstar and Mission are referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
