EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of November 28, 2007 by and between AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company (“AXA Equitable” or “Administrator”), Enterprise Capital Management, Inc. (the “Manager”) and AXA Enterprise Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each, a “Fund”, and collectively, the “Funds”).
