THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT made as of the 1st day of January, 2008, by and between Russell Investment Company, a Massachusetts business trust, having its principal office and place of business at 909 A Street, Tacoma, WA 98402 (the “Fund”), and Russell Fund Services Company (“RFSC”), a Washington corporation having its principal office and place of business at 909 A Street, Tacoma, WA 98402 (the “Transfer Agent”) amends and restates in its entirety the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dates July 1, 2005.
