This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 23, 2007 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between SPECTRUM GLOBAL FUND ADMINISTRATION, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and WORLD MONITOR TRUST III – SERIES G (“Series G”) and WORLD MONITOR TRUST III – SERIES J (“Series J”), each of which are separate series of WORLD MONITOR TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust (“WMT III” and, together with Series G and Series J, the “Client”), under the following circumstances:

ADVISORY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of the 15th day of November, 2007, by and among WORLD MONITOR TRUST III – SERIES J (“Series J”), a separate series of World Monitor Trust III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), PREFERRED INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Managing Owner”), and GRAHAM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Advisor”).
