Susser Holdings, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability Company (“Susser Holdings”) , and Susser Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Susser Finance” and together with Susser Holdings, the “Company”) propose to make an offer (the “Exchange Offer”) to exchange all of their outstanding 10 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013 (the “Old Securities”) for their new, registered 10 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013 (the “New Securities”). The terms and conditions of the Exchange Offer as currently contemplated are set forth in a prospectus, dated (the “Prospectus”), proposed to be distributed to all record holders of the Old Securities. The Old Securities and the New Securities are collectively referred to herein as the “Securities”.

THIS FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated December 20, 2007, among Susser Holdings, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Susser Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“SFC” and together with the Company, the “Issuers”), each of the Guarantors party hereto, GoPetro Transport LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“GoPetro”), and The Bank of New York, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
