THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into May 1, 2008 as of May 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Robert Brust (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
