This Stock Option Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by Dr. Christopher Anzalone (“Executive”) and Arrowhead Research Corporation, a Delaware corporation (or successor thereto, the “Company”) with respect to the terms of Executive’s stock option grant by the Company.
