Pleasant, Michigan 48858, and SMITH CT 4, LLC, whose address is 108 South University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Landlord,” and VALASSIS DIRECT MAIL, INC., a Delaware Corporation, whose address is 19925 Victor Parkway, Livonia, MI 48152, referred to as “Tenant.”
