This Sales Representative Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) effective as of April 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between VENTIV COMMERCIAL SERVICES, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“VCS”), and ENDO PHARMACEUTICALS INC., a Delaware corporation (“CLIENT”).
