PPP, a Maryland corporation, by RREEF Management Company, a Delaware corporation, Authorized Agent (“Landlord”), and PEGASYSTEMS INC., a Massachusetts corporation (“Tenant”), for certain premises in the building located at 101 Main Street, Cambridge, MA 02142 (“Building “).
