THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF REORGANIZATION dated as of March 27, 2008, is by and among each of the trust and corporation identified in Schedule A hereto as an Acquired Company (each an “Acquired Company”), on behalf of each series thereof identified in Schedule A hereto as an Acquired Fund (each an “Acquired Fund”), Columbia Funds Series Trust I (the “Acquiring Trust”), on behalf of Columbia International Growth Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”); and Columbia Management Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
