THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (together with any schedule, annex, or exhibit attached hereto, as the same may be amended, restated, or otherwise modified, this “Agreement”) is entered into on August 7, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) between SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California banking corporation (“Bank”), and RADISYS CORPORATION, an Oregon corporation (“Borrower”).
