This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 12, 2008, by and between BRE Properties, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Stephen C. Dominiak, an individual (“Executive”) and memorializes the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after September 2, 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
