THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 30th day of June 2008 by and among STATE FARM VARIABLE PRODUCT TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), STATE FARM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”), and NORTHERN CROSS, LLC, a Massachusetts corporation (the “Sub-Adviser) relating to investment management services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser.
