This will confirm the agreement by and among all the undersigned that the Statement on Schedule 13D filed on or about this date and any further amendments thereto with respect to beneficial ownership by the undersigned of the shares of the Common Stock of Life Time Fitness, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Issuer”), and such other securities of the Issuer that the undersigned may acquire or dispose of from time to time.
