This Distribution Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of by and between Lincoln Variable Insurance Products Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware Statutory Trust, on behalf of its series listed in Schedule A (the “Funds”), and Lincoln Financial Distributors, a Connecticut corporation (the “Distributor”).
