Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to advise you that, pursuant to the Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the Company’s Compensation Committee intends to grant to you in the future options (the “Option”) to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), as set forth in the individual option notices (the “Option Notice”) sent to you from time to time by the Company (the “Option Shares”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan.
