THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 15th day of December, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Cynosure, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Michael R. Davin (“Executive”).
