THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED SALARY CONTINUATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is adopted this 31st day of December, 2008, by and between THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIFFLINTOWN, a national banking association located in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania (the “Company”), and Richard R.
