THIS AGREEMENT made as of the 3rd day of October 2008, by and between PACIFIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal office and place of business at 840 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 (the “Administrator”), on behalf of the PIMCO Funds (the “Trust”) and BOSTON FINANCIAL DATA SERVICES, INC., a Massachusetts corporation having its principal office and place of business at 2 Heritage Drive, North Quincy, Massachusetts 02171 (the “Transfer Agent”).
