(F/K/A ALLSCRIPTS HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, INC.), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), ALLSCRIPTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, A4 HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC., a North Carolina corporation, A4 REALTY, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, EXTENDED CARE INFORMATION NETWORK, INC., a Delaware corporation, MISYS HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, the LENDERS party hereto, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
