This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the day of , 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Campello Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Community Bank, a Massachusetts Cooperative Bank (the “Bank”), with its principal offices at Brockton, Massachusetts, (the Company and the Bank shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “Employer”), and Dennis P. Jones (“Executive”).
