THIS EMPLOYMENT, CONFIDENTIALITY, SEVERANCE AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of October 8, 2007 by and between Paul Goetz, an individual residing in Westborough, Massachusetts (the “Executive”), and SAVVIS, INC., a Delaware corporation, and all its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Company”).
