This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of December 12, 2008 between CASUAL MALE RETAIL GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts, 02021 (the “Company” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and Kenneth Ederle (the “Executive”) having an address at 462 Armistice Blvd., Pawtucket, RI 02861.

WHEREAS, Casual Male Retail Group, Inc., (formerly Designs, Inc., “CMRG”) and David A. Levin (“Executive”) entered into a certain Employment Agreement dated as of March 31, 2000, as amended by Letter Agreement dated April 10, 2001, Second Amendment to Employment Agreement dated January 30, 2003, Third Amendment to Employment Agreement dated July 9, 2003, Fourth Amendment to Employment Agreement dated June 29, 2004, Fifth Amendment to Employment Agreement dated May 9, 2005 and Sixth Amendment to Employment Agreement dated May 29, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”); and
