THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), by and among NEW ENGLAND BANCSHARES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and DAVID J. O’CONNOR (“Executive”), is hereby amended and restated effective as of November 12, 2008. References to the “Association” herein shall mean ENFIELD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
