THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally made this 1st day of August, 2005, by and between OTTAWA SAVINGS BANCORP, INC., a federally chartered holding company (the “Company”), OTTAWA SAVINGS BANK, a federally chartered stock savings bank (the “Bank”), and GARY OCEPEK (the “Executive”), is amended and restated in its entirety effective December 12, 2008.
