FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of March 30, 2009, among Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. (the “Guaranteeing Parent”), the parent of Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (or its permitted successor), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Company, Mission Broadcasting, Inc.
