This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this 31st day of December, 2008, by and among Oak Ridge Financial Services, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the “Corporation”), Bank of Oak Ridge, a North Carolina-chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”), and Ronald O. Black, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank (the “Executive”). The Corporation and the Bank are referred to in this Agreement individually and together as the “Employer.”
